No. CusBadge is a factory-led, manufacturing-and-export integrated business with its own factory and a stable network of long-term production partners. The partner network adds specialist capability; it does not replace our manufacturing role or project responsibility.
02Do you mainly sell ready-stock products?+
No. OEM/ODM customization is our core business. Ready-stock items may be available as a supplementary option for selected sampling or urgent needs, but this website is built around custom B2B projects.
03What products can CusBadge make?+
Our catalogue covers pins and badges, keychains, fridge magnets, display and desk pieces, and lanyards across metal, acrylic, soft PVC, textile, wood, resin and mixed-material structures.
04What should I send for a quotation?+
Send product type, artwork or reference, size, quantity, number of designs, destination country and target date.
05Do I need vector artwork?+
Vector artwork is preferred for production accuracy, but a clear image, sketch or reference can start feasibility review.
06What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product and process. Current references range from 10 pieces to 1,000 pieces. The quotation confirms the project MOQ.
07How long does sampling take?+
Current references are generally 3–7 working days. Tooling, complex assembly and revisions can change the schedule.
08How long does bulk production take?+
Current references are generally 7–20 working days after the agreed approval point.
09Can I request a physical sample?+
Yes, where the product and project require it. Sample cost, tooling and freight are confirmed first.
10Can you help choose a material?+
Yes. Share artwork, expected use, quantity and budget direction so practical routes can be compared.
11Can you make custom packaging?+
Packaging can be discussed as part of the project, including presentation cards, labels and retail needs.
12Do you accept payment through this website?+
No. This website is for B2B inquiries only. Commercial terms are confirmed in direct correspondence.
13Do you ship internationally?+
International shipment can be coordinated after destination, cartons and trade terms are confirmed.
14How do I verify factory or compliance information?+
Request the relevant company, material or test documents for your project. Public evidence will be added as it is verified.
